I've noticed this plenty of times ,but couldn't make the connection . I know the teddy Bears are connected to Bane In the Teddy Bear Toy Company . But why are they all over Arkham City ? I noticed a lot around the Joker's area, and some of them I noticed that a batarang would just bounce off of, like they were made of steel. This is probably a stupid guess, but what if they had explosives in them? I can see Joker thinking it's funny to blow up his own men. I'm not being funny I really can see that. Anyways it's my guess, even though I know it's pretty much wrong.
