Why is the drawer in my Batman Arkham City CE empty?

I got my copy of the Collector's edition Batman; Arkham City. In it there were a Batman figure, a collectible art book, a few pieces of paper with codes on them, and the game itself. Under where the figure is there is a drawer which is empty, is there supposed to be something there? Also, what is it with the album which supposedly should be there? the code for it is one piece of paper, is it a digital album? can anyone explain?Why is the drawer in my Batman Arkham City CE empty?
