I purchased a BOXED copy of Batman Arkham City and downloaded the Games For Windows Client so that I could buy and apply the DLC's but I cannot add the game.
The Support at the Live website only covers the games purchased through it and downloaded after that.

just create an offline profile....it works fine...just started playin yesterday..cool game though..;)
