Is it worth it to cancel Arkham City to buy Dark Souls?

I have a preorder for arkham city but should I cancel it And get dark souls? Please ppl that have played dark souls. 360 btw.Is it worth it to cancel Arkham City to buy Dark Souls?
Okay 1st off to all the people above who think you can compare two entirely different genres of games, your an idiot. Now for the question. If you want a truly difficult game as well as being a fan of open world rpgs with very rewarding experiences get dark souls. Remember Dark Souls is NOT for everyone and should only be chosen by those who love to get a challenge. If you want a fun, comic book based, and intriguing puzzle/ action game then YES go for arum asylum.I'm only recommending you these options because it's your money on your hands not the people above me. ( much less myself ) Don't spend 60 bucks on a game your gonna hate.

They are completely different games. Whether or not you should cancel the order depends on the type of genre and the type of game that you prefer. Dark Souls is a RPG that rewards patience and thorough preparation. It is not a game that you just play for 20 minutes as a source of light entertainment. It requires time, focus and effort. Of course, as you will have heard, it is very hard and very punishing. If you don't like this kind of game, then go for Batman Arkham City. It depends on what you want, no one other than you can answer whether or not it i worth it to cancel the order.
To give you some perspective; I love games like Mass Effect, Assasin's Creed, Oblivion, Battlefield, Dead Space, Deadrising, and a few others. With that said, I have an extremely high standard to which I hold games to, and Dark Souls is literally the best game I have ever played. I could go on all night talking about its amazing qaualities, but I want to leave that up to you to decide. Dark Souls is an amazingly fun and gratifying experience, I have become so infused into the game atmosphere that I think about even when I am not playing it. The graphics are beautiful the combat is intense and the challenge is immense. You will never play a game quite like Dark Souls, (unless you played Demon's Souls)Is it worth it to cancel Arkham City to buy Dark Souls?
every one who said AC is better is a noob its not even out yet so how the **** would you know. dark souls is about 60-100 hours of gameplay probably more if you are exploring all of the hidden stuff. if your not into perseverance and frustration then dont buy dark souls. its one of the hardest games ive ever played but SO rewarding.

defiantly go with arkhim city, way better and a lot of game play with extra stuff to do everywhere. i don'tt know about you but im gonna spend at least 30 minutes gliding around gotham alone lol.
2 completely different games. Dark Souls is hard, and require a lot of time and patience. Batman is fast paced and simple.
Heck no, arkham city will be 100 times better.
