Should I get Deus Ex: Human Revolution or Skyrim?

I can only get one of these games for Christmas. I like how Deus Ex is a mix of a cover based third person shooter, a first person shooter, and a role playing game. I like Skyrim because it almost never ends. I liked the gameplay in the first Rainbow Six: Vegas. I have Oblivion and I LOVE that. I like open world games with freedom of choice. I like a good story and controls. I will play this on a 32 inch TV. It's for the Xbox 360. My favorite game right now is either Splinter Cell: Double Agent, Unreal Tournament 3, or Oblivion.
